A good start to the week - yay!
Smoothie (soy, banana, berries)
1 wholemeal toast with fruit spread
Apple
Lentil and vegetable casserole
Banana
Pasta with pesto and roasted veg
3 green teas
2 litres water
Plus walking to station, but only one way as it was chucking it down in the morning.
I'm currently compiling my ultimate list - 30 things to do before I turn 30 - which I'm v excited about! It has lots of fitness-related challenges in it to keep me motivated and transform me into a Zest cover girl. Maybe.
