Piece toast with blueberry jam
home made burger with potato salad and green salad (but not much)
banana
Piece bread and mushroom pate
Pork chop with kale, new potatoes and grilled tomato
Small green and black chocolate bar
And went to gym for an hour and did 13000 steps.
