I ate biscuits
.. but I'd just been a modern-day martyr by giving blood, so I deserved them!
Porridge with soy milk, figs, seeds, maple syrup
2 crunchy oaty biscuits
Pumpkin and coriander soup
2 bits bread
Pumpkin and bean spaghetti
1 toast and peanut butter (got unexplainably hungry at 10pm!)
And I did just over 10,000 steps in my first day of pedometering! That's five miles, don't ya know.

And I'm having more pumpkin for lunch today! I will be round and orange soon. Actually, I'd love a pumpkin suit!
