Yoghurt (Rachel's Organics - anyone had these, they're yum but prob too much sugar)

Small slice malt loaf (the last two were consumed cos I was starving and M had to work late)
Steak, new potatoes, fresh peas, grilled tomato
I had a bizarre experience in my body conditioning class yesterday - I was the fittest person there! They are doing this thing at the gym for all staff where it is cheap and they are encouraging new exercisers. There were these 3 woman, in their mid 40s- mid 50s who couldn't do a thing. They couldn't even march in step in time. The instructor and myself were killing ourselves laughing (in a nice way!) but I didn't get much of a work out. It cheered me up though!
Not entirely sure I want to be Xena Warrior Princess any more. I've been Googling images of her and she's a bit of a scary lass. But, she looks very fit and healthy. And maybe I'd like slightly smaller thighs than her.
