Hideous amounts of calories were consumed this weekend. Here's a summary!
Saturday
Toast with peanut butter and jam
Pesto, mozarella and tomato panini with fries
2 glasses red wine
A third of: choc fudge cake with ice cream AND choc chip cheesecake
Veg pizza
Sunday
Toast and marmite
Orange juice
Sausage, mash, peas
2 choc muffins
Chinese takeaway
Oh dear. However, I did lots of walking, six hours of hardcore cleaning and went to the gym and swimming.
This week my aim is to get some vitamins inside me before I get scurvy.
