Wednesdays are not a good day
Porridge with raisins, nuts, seeds, yog, soya milk
Apple
Pear
Banana
Left over kedgeree
Small cheese salad sandwich
Yoghurt
Piece of toast with butter
Crumpet with butter
1 locket
I didn't need to eat the last 3 items, but I got home at 10pm after my class and felt like I should eat something.
And no exercise.
