Angelic!
I've had an epiphany. After seeing myself in the Next changing rooms - looking like I am covered in cellulite, spotty and wrinkly - I have lots of motivation to be saintly to combat the toxins etc.
Porridge with soy milk, almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds
Jacket potato with beans
2 satsumas
Spinach and chickpea casserole
Fresh apple and carrot juice
Plus a one-hour dance aerobics class, and walking for 30 minutes.
Spots and cellulite, get ready to be flushed away by goodness!
