I had an alcohol free weekend!
My word, that hasn't happened since January.
Food was still rubbish though.
Sat
Porridge with nuts, seeds, dried fruit and yoghurt
Ham salad sandwich
Satsumas
Bread and cheese
Aubergine and onion bake with cream, with salad and brown rice
sun
Toast with butter and marmalade
Banana
yoghurt
cheese salad sandwich
satsuma
rack of lamb with kale, carrots, mashed potato and gravy
Piece of bread and butter.
Went for a walk up lots of steep hills on Sunday as well and 3 hours shopping on Saturday.
Am just planning my exercise for the week and am going to LBT this lunchtime.
