I'm Revitamining
Well, I'm trying anyway. The thing is, I'm always home alone on Mondays and can't be bothered to cook for just me, so I end up eating freezer-type food.
Porridge with dried apricots, almonds, pumpkin seeds and maple syrup
Satsuma
Smoky tofu, bean and red pepper casserole
Apple
Mushroom burger, potato wedges, peas
And I did a Legs, Bums and Tums class too.
Must pack in lots and lots of fruit and veg today.
