What I ate yesterday
2 pieces of toast with jam and butter
Small glass of fruit juice
Green tea x2
Apple
Lamb burger with potato, cress and avocado salad with watercress
Banana
Apple
Small piece french bread
Spaghetti with feta and spinach and mushrooms
2 olives
6 pecan nuts
Cherries
Drank lots and lots of water
V healthy, but way too much. But better than chips and flapjacks.

I did go to the gym, but I didn't have much time as I had to go to a residents meeting. I did 5 mins on the bike and 20 mins on the cross trainer. Worked v hard and was v sweaty and horrid afterwards.

We both did really well - hurrah! And it doesn't sound like you ate too much at all. Exercising bodies need fuel!
