Started off well...
*Banana and kiwi smoothie
*Dried apricots
*Orange
*Pear
All got a little bit scoffy at lunchtime...
*2 brown rolls with houmous and avocado
Went downhill mid-afternoon...
*Jam doughnut
Don't know what happened when I got home from work...
*Veggie burger
*Corn on the cob
*Bubble and squeak
*Bit of sprouted grain bread
*Loads of Green and Blacks Maya Gold
